If I were hosting an event at school then 

I will follow the following steps to get students attend :-

1. Collect the details of Class representative and Class teacher of every standards

2. Organize a meeting with class teacher and class representative separately.

3. Make them assure that our program will be going to meet very effectively and informative for all the students.

4. And finally we formally invite them with all the students
