  यारी एक चेहरा जिसे देख कर , मेरा चेहरा खिला, गुदगुदी से हुई ,और चिल्लाहट एक कान से गुजरा बातों में जोश और होश दोनों को गवाया  जब मैंने अपने  सच्चे दोस्त को पाया ना चाहते हुए भी  उसने मुझे उठाया, पढ़ाया और सिखाया, बिना curtsy निभाए  उसने मुझे अपना बनाया, दिल के सबसे करीब किस्से को , उसने मुझे सुनाया अपनी बेसुरी आवाज, में उसने गाना गाया न जाने कितने चक्कर लगाकर उसने मुझे मोमो खिलाया, हमारी दोस्ती दास्तां बनी रहे उसने ना जाने कितने रास्ते अपनाया। - ऋषिका गुप्ता

  रक्तदान खून बहाया है वीरों ने, देश की मिट्टी के खातिर, आओ हम भी रक्तदान करें , किसी के जीवन के खातिर रक्त की कोई बरसात नहीं होती, ना ही कोई चापाकल होती है, यह सिर्फ इन्सानों और जानवरों में बहती है। इंसान को बचाने के लिए इंसान का ही खून चाहिए, जिसका हम उत्पादन नहीं कर सकते, सिर्फ और सिर्फ दान कर सकते हैं। जो भी व्यक्ति रक्तदान करने के योग्य है, उसे अवश्य दान करना चाहिए। रक्तदान करने वाले शरीर को दिल की बीमारियां का खतरा कम हो जाता है, आयरन की अतिरिक्त मात्रा नियंत्रित हो जाती है, शरीर से विषैले पदार्थ बाहर निकल जाते हैं और कैंसर व दूसरी बीमारी के होने का खतरा भी कम हो जाता है। ये रक्तदान एक ऐसी प्रक्रिया है,जब व्यक्ति अपनी बीमारियों के साथ दूसरों की आवश्यकता के लिए रक्त देते हैं। ये हमे एक ऐसा अवसर प्राप्त कराता है, जिससे किसी का जान बचा कर , हम अच्छे कर्म में अपना नाम दर्ज करा सके। और जैसा कि हमारे सबसे पवित्र ग्रंथ गीता में लिखा है- "योगस्थ: कुरु कर्माणि संग त्यक्तवा धनंजय। सिद्धय-सिद्धयो: समो भूत्वा समत्वं योग उच्यते।।" धर्म का अर्थ होता है कर्तव्य, तो आइए अपना धर्म अपना...

 तन्हाई वो समंदर है, जिसकी गहराई नापी नहीं जा सकती, जिसकी लहरों से लोग मस्ती करते हैं, और वो अन्दर ही अन्दर खौलता जाता है..

बस ये सोच कर चलना,  राह तुम्हे अकेले,तय करनी है बादल आएंगे ,तुम्हारी की रोशनी ढकने के लिए, मगर उनकी ही नज़रे झुकेंगी ,तुम्हे देखने के लिए..

 मन मेरा ,बहुत दुखद है, पर जताता नहीं... दिल मेरा रोता है, पर बताता नहीं.....

 लड़की होना आसान होता, अगर ये समाज समझदार होता।। बेवजह उसे परेशान ना करता, उसकी बड़ी बड़ी सफलताओ का मजाक ना बनता।। उसके अधिकारों को क़ैद ना करता, उसे उड़ने के लिए पंख दे देता।। उसे इमोशनल कर उसे मजबुर ना करता, तोह लड़की होना आसान होता।।

 Reward system is an area of brain where if you do a certain activity that brain area feels pleasure in that and you feel a sensation of being of feeling good and that is why brain has this tendency of repeating that action which makes you feel good that term is called addiction. It is also a basis of habit formation , whatever you feel go to tend to keep doing again and again on the basis of it is feeling good inside in this reward system.

If I were hosting an event at school then  I will follow the following steps to get students attend :- 1. Collect the details of Class representative and Class teacher of every standards 2. Organize a meeting with class teacher and class representative separately. 3. Make them assure that our program will be going to meet very effectively and informative for all the students. 4. And finally we formally invite them with all the students 5. Follow up round
